Terms and Conditions for UK Customers -
Bloom Bags and Sundries
Unfortunately it is not possible to provide
bags and sundries outside the UK.

Liability
is limited only to the value of the order.

Payment
must accompany your order.

For
'non postage paid' items carriage charges apply as follows: For
orders under £25.00 please add £6.00, orders of £25.00 and above add
£8.00.

Delivery surcharge
of £5.00 per order for the following UK destinations: Highlands and
Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland. Irrespective of order
value.

Dispatches
will be via Royal Mail or private carrier depending on package weight
and/or size.

No
acknowledgment will be sent unless a stamp and sae is included with your order.

No
Liability can be accepted for shortcomings (e.g. delays or loss) in the postal service.

Placing
an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

These
prices and terms are effective to Dec 31st 2008, and supercede all previously
published prices and terms.
