Monitor settings
These pages should display fully when using monitor settings of 1024x768 and text size 'medium'. The pages should display reasonably well on a monitor set at 800x600, although some paging left and right may be required to view the complete contents on some pages. 

Monitor settings can be modified from within the Control Panel in Windows.

Font Size
Font size can be selected by clicking the View tab then Text Size in Internet Explorer.
