Peterhead Show - 23rd September

The class for three vases of five large blooms was contested by Bill Angus and Tom Buchan. On this occasion Bill's entry Lyn Johnson, Billy Bell and Yellow Billy Bell was successful, this exhibit was also Best Exhibit in Show and the Yellow Billy Bell selected as Best Vase in Show. Tom's entry consisted of Lynn Johnson, primrose and cherry Chessington.

In the class for three vases of five medium blooms Tom Buchan's entry of Woolley Globe, Chempak Rose and Purple Chempak Rose was placed first, ahead of Paul Barlow's entry of Carlene Welby along with purple and red Chempak Rose. 

Dave Macfarlane was successful in the class for six vases of three blooms (Woolley Pride, Purple Chempak Rose, Joyce Frieda(2), Woolley Globe(2)). Paul Barlow was second (Carlene Welby, Malcolm Perkins, Woolley Globe, Chempak Rose, Salmon John Wingfield, Lorna Wood).

In the class for three vases of Exhibition Sprays Arthur Fisher exhibited honey, peach and primrose Enbee Wedding.
