The Aberdeen & District Chrysanthemum and Dahlia Society

Our annual show takes place during the second half of September. We only have one show each year, for early flowering chrysanthemums and for dahlias. There are also classes for Floral Art.

Details of our 2007 show are as follows:

Aberdeen & District Chrysanthemum and Dahlia Society
  Annual Show

Culter Village Hall

North Deeside Road, Peterculter

Saturday 15th September

Show opens: 12 noon to 4 pm.

Presentation of trophies: 2pm.

Sale of blooms: after 4pm.

Staging: Friday 14th September 2pm to 11pm.

Entries: to be made in the hall on Friday evening.

Aberdeen Chrysanthemum Championship - 3x5 Large, distinct cultivars
Aberdeen Champion of Mediums - 3x5 Mediums, distinct cultivars
The Press and Journal Cup - 6x3, not less than four cultivars
H.L Knowles Memorial trophy - One vase 5 Large, one vase 5 Mediums

Dahlias:
Aberdeen Championship 4 vases

one vase 3 medium cactus/semi cactus
one vase 5 small cactus/semi cactus
one vase 3 medium decorative
one vase 5 small decorative
